Imo State House of Assembly representing Ideato North Federal Constituency, Hon Barr.(Mrs) Igwe Eudora generally known as Okwesilieze. Sometime last two week declared winner in the All Progressive Alliance Party (APGA) for Orlu Senatorial District of Imo State. Married to a Pharmacist, Hon. Dr. Igwe Nnadumije Christian was yesterday afternoon declared and announced dead.
Okwesilieze as popularly known was born on 27th March, 1966 to the family of Chief Sir Charles E. Awalite(Father) and Lady Eunice Awalite(Mother) of Umukegwu Akokwa has been a philanthropist, the founder of Adaoma-nwa-adaoma foundation, was a sponsor of IBC Orient fm program "Ihe Agbanaka", a charity worker, lover of little children like our amiable Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.
According to record, she did well during her reign as TC 2003 and Executive Chairman of Ideato North between 2004-2007. Also, She was a pro-women affirmative action icon who has given impetus to womanhood in terms of relevance, a prudent economist who combines hard work with excellent resources management, a woman of her words who appreciates good and Kind gestures done for her. When it comes to her profession as a legal practitioner, she has invested over 90% of her personal resources as a law maker and industrialist in giving succor to people, building houses to people and giving people training for skill.
What more will otowntrends tell you about this beautiful Lady with lots of respect. But we regret to announce to you reader the death of this Philanthropist, Indeed a Motivator, Hon. (Mrs.) Eudora Igwe (Okwesilieze).
According to report gathered, she was said to have died at a private hospital, in Owerri on Monday, 15th day of December, 2014 where she received emergency attention after reportedly collapsing at her home in Egbeada Housing Estate, Owerri.
Meanwhile, information reaching us says that the state executive committee of the party has expelled the factional governorship aspirant of the party, Mr. Okey Eze.
Mr. Eze was expelled alongside three others namely: Sonny Nwadiaro, Eugine Nzeme and Engr. Orjiwuba, for their anti-party activities and trying to bring the image of the party(APGA) to the mud. The party’s action was hinged on Article 21(1) (b), adding that the party has no faction.
